It is widely used in building materials, textiles, electronics, automotive parts, and other fields to ensure product compliance with fire safety standards. 1. Accurate Simulation of Combustion Scenarios

Controllable Fire Sources and Environmental Parameters

Equipped with standardized fire sources (such as propane flames, methane flames, and alcohol burners), flame temperature, burning time, and flame height can be precisely controlled (for example, some equipment can maintain a stable flame temperature between 500°C and 1000°C with an accuracy of ±5°C), simulating material reactions under varying fire intensities.

Some equipment can control environmental factors (such as oxygen concentration, wind speed, and humidity). For example, an oxygen index meter can precisely adjust the oxygen and nitrogen mixture ratio to determine the minimum oxygen concentration (LOI) required for combustion and assess the flame retardancy level of a material.

High-Precision Data Acquisition

Using thermocouples and infrared thermometers, the system monitors temperature changes on the material surface and in the surrounding environment in real time, with an accuracy of ±1°C.

Combined with flame sensors and smoke detectors, it records key parameters such as flame duration, burning rate, and smoke release. Data sampling is up to 100 times per second, ensuring instantaneous combustion behavior is captured.
